Due to continued success and growth are now looking to join forces a Team lead - Sales to manage and develop a team of Publisher Managers. The role will require the candidate to be a strategic problem solver, but particularly an enthusiastic and energetic leader who can motivate and drive their team in acquisition, optimisation and account management. They will also be responsible for achieving targets set for themselves and their team, whilst reporting directly to the CEO as a member of the company’s Management Team. 

 

Therefore to support our Team, we are looking for:

 

Team lead - Sales (m/w/d) 

Your Tasks:

  • Building relationships and maximising performance from existing Publishers.
  • Identifying key Publishers and work closely with them to build relationships, generate further exposure, and increase revenues.
  • Reviewing and restructuring existing deals where required to ensure they are efficiently structured, commercially viable, and scalable.
  • Responsibility for day to day running and development of a team of Publisher Managers. 
  • Ensuring your team is continuously seeking new, and optimising existing Publisher partnerships to drive sales. 
  • Demonstrating strong leadership ability by being accountable for other members of the team on a daily basis.
