As a Jr. Business Development Manager, your key responsibility would be to build a network of contacts in the mobile games ecosystem and establish and manage relationships with leading mobile publishers and developers. Jr. Business Development Manager - Mandarin Speaking (m/w/d)

Who is the ideal person for this role?

As a Jr. Business Development Manager in the Advertiser Team, the ideal candidate is excited to interact with people. They are fluent in Mandarin and English and they don’t shy away from initiating cold approaches. They are persuasive, have strong sales acumen, and know their way around Asian clients. They also demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

What will you be doing?

  • Prospect development: identify and generate new business opportunities in your market to fuel growth. You will apply a customer-centric and consultative selling approach, and establish relationships and trust with your accounts. 
  • Strategic alignment: you will connect with your manager and the publishing team on a daily basis in order to prioritize strategic accounts in your territory. You will examine the risks and potentials, and adjust our strategies accordingly. 
  • Campaign management: you will establish solid campaign funnels for different game titles and monitor your accounts’ campaigns periodically. You will make sure the campaigns are performing and meeting the KPIs.
  • Account management: provide clients with meticulous campaign feedback, maximize account value, update internal CRM (Hubspot), and organizational tools (Asana, Google Drive) in order to maintain campaign transparency.
