We are looking for a Head of Talent & Performance (m/f/d) to build, lead, and scale our global approach to talent and performance. In this newly established role, you will develop and drive strategies that strengthen capabilities, empower careers, and future-proof our organization across markets, cultures, and business units.

Your tasks:

You will shape and execute a global talent and performance strategy that aligns with business priorities and ensures the organization is equipped with the right capabilities - now and in the future. Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Lead global strategies for talent attraction
  • Design and run assessment processes to identify and grow talent
  • Use employee insights to strengthen engagement, culture, and retention
  • Develop performance management that ensures clarity, accountability, and results
  • Build strong leaders through targeted assessment and development programs
  • Lead a small, dedicated team and together drive strategic projects that make a measurable difference.

Your profile:

  • You bring solid experience in leading talent, performance, or organizational development from large, global environments.
  • You have a strong track record of turning business challenges into end-to-end talent strategies that drive real impact - from workforce planning and career development to succession and leadership development, helping build future-proof organizations where people and performance thrive.
  • With a strategic mindset and strong conceptual thinking, you set a clear direction that drives both immediate results and long-term transformation.
  • You thrive in an international setting, navigate cultural differences with ease, and stay ahead of global talent trends, workforce diversity, and evolving business needs.
  • You are proficient in English; German and/or Danish language skills are a plus.

Your main workplace will be either our Fredericia or Flensburg office. The role involves regular presence at both l.ocations — Fredericia (DLG) and Flensburg (team).
