HR COORDINATOR TO TAKE PART IN A NEW FUNCTION
TP Aerospace is a young and dynamic company operating in the aviation industry. With headquarters in Copenhagen, Denmark, and six overseas offices spanning from Las Vegas to Melbourne, we operate in a highly global environment – and things are moving fast!
To support our growth, we are looking for an HR Coordinator to undertake and drive HR support and initiatives for our largest production site, located in Germany.
Working from our office in Norderstedt, you will play an important role in the local site as well as the Global HR Team.
With reference to the local HR & Accounting Manager and with support from the global HR team, your responsibility will be administrating, coordinating and building an effective and efficient HR support function for our German employees.
Your tasks will revolve around the coordination and administration of HR related matters as well as driving new HR initiatives in cooperation with the global HR team. This includes:
