For our Sales team we are looking for a Key Account Manager (m/w/d) - full-time or part-time (30 hours/week).
Your Role Responsibilty
- You manage your sales area, care for your key accounts’ needs, you provide great deals and solutions for your clients and resolve any conflicts in a timely and professional manner
- You acquire new customers online and on-site: you identify key contacts through marketing initiatives and conduct presentations, product demos and provide proposals for clients
- You negotiate conditions and contracts with your potential clients
- You lead the pre-sales technical discussions to gain good understanding of our clients’ individual requirements and coordinate with our Field Application Engineer team
- You are strong in creating customer analysis and you monitor your sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
- You gather competitive intelligence data and share conclusions with your team
- You study industry trends and organization knowledge to develop a suitable sales strategy and client response, as well as to uncover new opportunities
- You set and track sales account targets, aligned with the company’s objectives
- You report regularly on the status of accounts and transactions to the managing directors
- You suggest actions to improve sales performance and to identify opportunities for growth
- You take part in exhibitions and events of your customers in Germany and Europe
